Fingerfood Catering :: terms and conditions

 

Date Holding Fee

A fee of $50 is necessary to hold the function date and is not refundable on cancellation. It is not necessary to pay this fee if a $100 deposit is paid (see below).

Bond

A bond of between $50 and $300 (depending on the number of platters) is required. This amount is refunded on the return of equipment. Deductions will be made for loss or damage.

Payment Terms

Deposit of $100 due on confirmation of booking.

Payment is required 7 days prior to the event.

Cancellation

A minimum of 3 days notice is required for cancellations

Delivery

A minimum fee of $55 applies within the metro area (rate varies depending on suburb), or food may be picked up from our premises.

Staff

Fully trained, professional catering staff are available on request at a cost of $35 per hour (minimum of 3 hours)

Hire Equipment

A comprehensive range of catering equipment is available for hire.

GST is included in prices
