Fingerfood Catering: terms and conditions

 

Prices are subject to change without notice.

 

Date Holding Fee

A fee of $50 is necessary to hold the function date and is not refundable on cancellation. This fee is not levied if the deposit is paid (see below).

Bond

A bond of $150 is required (though we may vary this amount depending on the number of platters). The bond is refunded on the return of equipment to our O'Connor premises. Deductions will be made for loss or damage.

Payment Terms

Payment is required 7 days prior to the event by direct deposit into our bank account or by cash. You can also make arrangements to pay cash on the day, however please ensure you have the correct amount as our staff do not carry change.

Cancellation

A minimum of 3 days notice is required for cancellations

Delivery

A minimum fee of $55 applies within the metro area (rate varies depending on suburb), or food may be picked up from our premises.

Staff

Fully trained, professional catering staff are available on request at a cost of $40 per hour (minimum of 3 hours)

Hire Equipment

A comprehensive range of catering equipment is available for hire.
